Day 13 - Stuffed Cherry pepper pickle (link love!)
One of the best resources for North Indian pickles that I've stumbled upon are from Mrs. Anjana Chaturvedi's blog 'Maayeka'. I made this pickle using cherry peppers (which have a great advantage in that their 'innards' can effortlessly be scooped out with a melon baller) that I stuffed with this flavorful mixture from Mrs. Chaturvedi's blog post. The quantity mentioned in the blog was just right for about 40 cherry peppers.
