Day 20 - Cranberry Chunda - Gujarati style sweet n' sour pickle (Pickles)
Pickles and Indian food go hand in hand, so today's category was a breeze to post. Sweet n' tart 'achar's are a specialty in the western Indian state of Gujarat. This version makes use of a classic all American ingredient, beautiful, jewel like cranberries. They're still around, so do pick up a bag when you can for making this piquant condiment!
