Day 32 - Black Eyed Peas curry with Koli spice blend (Beans & Legumes)
Manisha Pandit, the Author of the blog 'Indian Food Rocks' had given me some of this fragrant spice blend colloquially known as 'Koli' Masala. The Kolis are a coastal community from the West coast of India who were traditionally Fishermen. One of the best references & recipes for their amazing cuisine can be found on Anjali Koli's blog 'AnnaParaBrahma'. Since this is a custom spice blend, I'd suggest using Goda Masala as an alternative.
