Day 36 - Peanut Tikkis (Cook Book Picks)

I can't think of anyone better than Monica Bhide to pick a recipe from for the rosy Valentine tinged month of February, Her books and writing  radiate a bubbly vibrancy and every one of her recipes match up perfectly. In other words, you feel good and happy after trying out and scarfing down her creations. This recipe from 2 years ago represents exactly what I  seek  during today's chilly winter storm weather. A plate of 'fresh - off - the - skillet' tikkis and a mug of Masala chai.
