Day 55 - Pineapple & Berry smoothie (smoothies & shakes)

Simple formula.. Toss in 2 cups diced pineapple (fresh), 1/2 a peeled hothouse cucumber, 2 cups of frozen mixed berry, One whole mayer lemon (deseeded), ice and some honey to taste. WHizz  in a blender and pour out into a glass. Straining optional!
