Day 63 - Oatmeal porridge (Breakfast)
Yes, There are days when I don't care to make breakfast dishes. I reach out for my canister of rolled or quick oats. The reason I don't get tired of this are the toppings. There's always some Granola or Muesli added for crunch, and some kind of nutmeat added on for the extra protein. If the sweet tooth demands a tad more, I indulge with some coconut palm or other native sweeteners.
