Day 76 - Grilled sandwich with Cheddar & Jackfruit pate

This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy a grilled Cheese sandwich. I originally got hooked on the Fig & Sharp cheddar version at this little store in Chelsea Market while taping a segment with Kelsey Nixon for the Cooking Channel, The sharpness of the cheddar (I used the extra sharp from Cabot Creamery , Vermont) marries perfectly into the complex fruity flavors of the jack fruit pate, and the end result is sheer bliss.
