Day 79 - Stir fried Orzo with shallots, peas & sweet peppers (Pasta)

There  is a whole set of recipe you make with pasta shapes big & small, and then, there's more - the kind you make by toasting the tiny shapes and then creating another slew of dishes with them. Toasting the pasta confers a nutty flavor in addition to making the the pasta perfectly non stick.
