Day 84 - Green chickpea Falafel
This was a suggestion from my 8 year old. When a kid wants something, they don't exactly get the concept of having to wait a day for soaking garbanzos etc. He went a step further in suggesting that I use freshly shucked green chickpeas instead. Well it was worth a try, especially since he did help me shuck them. End result, it had an almost melt in your mouth interior, with none of that starchiness that you get with the dried reconstituted chickpeas.
