Day 74 - Coconut chutney with green Mango
There must be as many variations of coconut chutney as there are countries that boast of coconuts growing on their shore. I could go on and on. Here is yet another version. I personally prefer adding fresh ingredients as souring agents for chutneys instead of the standard tamarind. This adds a refreshing variation to the flavors each time.
