Day 92 - Tamarind Mary (booze & cocktails)

I had infused a batch of fresh green tamarind in Vodka about a month ago and decided to test it earlier in the week. No, the Vodka doesn't turn tart, instead it acquires the grassy, 'vegetal' characteristic of the tamarind. Add the vodka & tomato juice over ice cubes, and add a sprinkle of 'Shikanji' Masala (a blend of salt, black pepper & a pinch of crushed toasted cumin) and you have yourself one awesome drink!

Tamarind Mary:
2 oz Tamarind infused Vodka
4 oz tomato juice
1/8 teaspoon Shikanji Masala
1 sprig mint for garnish
