Day 196 - Fenugreek and Cranberry Relish

Whats a beautiful jewel like ingredient like dried cranberries doing in a mushy mess made up of just a spice? an a bitter bitter one at that?  Yeah, that was the thought crossing through my head when I ventured to experiment on a recipe from a book published by one of Mumbai's landmark restaurants - Chetana.. I tweaked the quantities of almost all the ingredients following instinct and added in cranberries to compliment the bitter taste of the fenugreek. The end product.. well, lets just say I was scooping it out in a bowl and eating it like ice cream. I still need to make this again so that I can take photographs of the process. I'll post the recipe and link it then.
