Its a snap to make probably because rice is a daily staple at home. and all that the dessert involves is mashing the cooked rice thoroughly and simmering it with a mix of condensed milk and regular Lait. Crush up some cardamoms and a pinch of saffron, and voila! a comfort dessert is ready.
