Mar 13 - Hot chocolate spiced with a 'chukku kaapi blend'



For some reason, I'm not a fan of adding cinnamon into chocolate, although that seems to be the cardinal spice associated with Theobroma cacao derivatives. I stewedthis concoction a month ago with my own custom blend 'chukku kaapi' blend. This is a blend unique to South India, a fragrant flavorful mix of coriander, ginger, cardamom, licorice and palm sugar.
