Mar 19 - Jackfruit pâte
Last evenings trip to the grocery store (ostensibly to 'just' pick up some milk and bread flour) turned out to be one of those delightful events. you know the kind where you go in expecting the mundane and emerge light on the wallet and light hearted in your head as you lug some unusual rarely found specimen out to the parking lot.
Whole Foods in Princeton just gave me my Jackfruit fix for the year, and to celebrate here's a recipe for Jackfruit pâte. More details about the prepping to follow later today!
