Apr 25 - Pineapple Raita


I had this gorgeous ripe pineapple sitting on my counter for over a week and it was behaving like a siren, sending out these seductive aromas that kept beckoning me until I finally dispatched it. Some of the cubes ended up in a blender, but instead of the smoothie route, I stirred it into some Greek yogurt for a luxurious side to a dinner involving Channa & Paneer Masala. Some Chat masala and Korean chili threads, dressed up this gorgeous side for a delicious meal.
