Apr 29 - Romanesco Pilaf

I never miss an opportunity to grab hold of a Romanesco cauliflower whenever I spot them in the Market, and then go nuts trying to figure out which of the zillion ideas that come to mind I will implement with it.
This time around, it was a simple rice dish with caramelized onions and the romanesco florets roasted with Garam masala tossed it with cooked Basmati rice and served it up with a bowl of Cucumber raita on the side.
