Apr 7 - Home made Pita bread

Never realized how easy it was to whip up a batch of Pita bread until I started baking bread on a  regular basis. In fact it takes just about the same time as making  a batch of chapaties from scratch and  I just love the yeasty flavor. (Kinda like having a bhatura without the deep frying hassles).
