Day 4 - 'Not your Momma's' Idlies (Breakfast)

These steamed Rice & Urad Lentil Cakes are a staple of South Indian Breakfasts. The traditional lenticular shapes went out vogue in my kitchen even before I'd even started blogging, thanks to the plethora of silicone Ice cube trays that are available these days!
