Day 124 - Mango & Banana breakfast Smoothie

Given that I'm somewhat a carb junkie, I love the odd occasions when the stars align to provide me with all the right ingredients for a healthy smoothie, over ripe bananas, wrinkled mangoes and so on. Yesterday's breakfast was one such occasion.

Mango banana breakfast smoothie (makes approximately 2 - 3 servings)

You need:
2 over ripe mealy bananas
2 cups of mangoes after peeling the skin
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
1 teaspoon powdered cardamom

Combine all the ingredients in a blender & process till smooth. Serve chilled.
