Day 185 - 8 ball squash stew

I almost always make a traditional Kerala dish known as 'Oallan' when I buy 8 ball squash, but this time, thanks to a lack of ingredients for a dish to pair it with, It went into a plain simple stew with Farm fresh tomatoes & onions. Spicing was a mix of Coriander, Cumin and Ajwain.
