Feb 18 - No Knead Bhature
There seems to be no dearth of new re-purposing applications with this particular Genius recipe from Jim Lahey. 50 % of the time intended Pizzas end up morphing into totally different dishes. focaccias to pavs and in this instance a classic Punjabi Bhature, paired with some excellent Chana Masala. The recipe for the dough is from Food52. The only change is add the entire packet of yeast and let the dough proof for about 3-4 hours before frying the bread, instead of the slow rise with the original amount of the leavening agent.
