Mar 3 - Paneer & sugar snap peas on toast.

Sometimes the lack of proper ingredients enables you to think outside the 'box'. The kid wants 'Matar Paneer' , only hitch is that the freezer is completely devoid of bags of frozen peas. so came up with a hack using a pack of sugar snap peas left over from a previous Food session of Thai Green curry. The net result was a thicker , no gravy version of the iconic Punjabi dish that I served up with Kadhi for Dinner. The leftovers became a delicious breakfast when served up on toast.
