Mar 31 - Harissa spiced Quinoa / Fregola fry
A mix of Tahini, Peanut butter and Harissa works wonders for flavoring breakfast. Originally intended to make a batch of Poha (Flattened rice), I decided to switch tract and use some left over Quinoa instead, to make up for the volume needed for a family meal, added some whole wheat fregola (Israeli couscous ) to the mix. Net result? a hearty filling breakfast that kept the tummy satisfied past lunch time.
