May 26 - Kibbeh Idli Fry

No prizes for guessing that this was made side by side with yesterdays dish. Although I'd wanted to crumble up the previous day's idlies rather than dice them, once I had cut them up, it seemed to be such a waste of effort.
Kibbeh is a spice blend from the Middle East most often associated with Cous cous. Crumbled up idlies have a similar texture, but the garlicky mild spice works beautifully.
