Aug 13 -Whole wheat Bhature

I often wonder why the classic Punjabi deep fried breads are often made using All purpose flour, I mean if its so traditional, at what point of time did they start using processed flour instead of the good old stone ground 'Chakki Atta' (traditionally milled whole wheat flour).
