Suvir, this pic is from the first time I made it.. I've made it a couple of times after, & it just works its way up the list of comfort foods that get made at home regularly.. (I kind of don't even have to refer to the book almost anymore..)
LOVE it! Thanks for adopting this recipe and for making it your own. That is what every cookbook author hopes for. At least those that write books with tested recipes and go through the tremendous work and challenges of recipe writing with the end-user and not ego in their mind.
