Nothing to it Radha, just layer potato masala (used for masala dosa) over bread (added some Parmesan cheese but skip it if you wish, it adds a nice brown layer on top though), and bake (half way thru) & then broil until the top browns. Garnish with thin slices of cherry tomato.
How did you make this? Looks so professional - hard to believe it is a potato masala toast!
