I did not write up the recipe for this particular bread since I used store bough Pizza dough. The spice blend is a galangal Lemongrass spice blend from Savory Spice with fresh thai basil leaves . Simply stretched the dough, sprinkled the spice blend and layered with thai basil. folded over and pressed down into a 9 inch sq baking dish drizzle liberally with sesame oil, bake at 350 F for about 4 min.
