This was a labor of love, cooked it down using the techniques used for Jamming... spread it out on a greased plate when the rice mix started dripping off the wooden spoon like flakes... made for a perfect light Jello like texture. posting the recipe soon..
Love that1 You have the patience to cook until it is thick enough to make discs! I have never been so good....it is always lick with fingers stage!
