Day 38 - Dollar Dosai (a.k.a Uthappam) (Crepes & Pancakes)
These are from the lunches I pack for my kid to school. He calls them Dollar Dosai. Basically when the fermented dosai/idli batter has kinda lost its active yeast, ( Around the third day after the batter is first made) Its traditionally cooked into a thick pancake and very often shredded or finely chopped vegetables are added to it. I used finely minced shallots & dill as a topping since it was made specifically for my picky 8 year old, but I'm linking you to a fellow bloggers recipe for full guidance.
