Day 45 - Rooibos infused ice cream with orange zest (St. Valentine's day )

South African Rooibos tea is one of those ingredients that one simply HAS to try in their lifetime. Believe me, you'll inevitably go back for more. This ice cream has rooibos infused cream, honey, orange zest, sugar and a half a bar of Lindt intense orange chocolate. The recipe has been tried, tested, scarfed down and written up in my little notebook. All that is left is to type it up in a neat legible form..and that is still pending. I'll link the post as soon as its ready to be published, In the meantime, rest assured, this is one superb Valentines day dessert for your special someone.
