Day 72 - Mango Lassi (Smoothies)
This HAS to be one of the easiest of all smoothies to make ever. All it takes is 1/2 cup of canned mango puree, 1/2 cup of yogurt or preferably plain Kefir, ice, a pinch of cardamom powder & 1 tablespoon of optional honey. That's it!
