Day 83 - Curried spinach with crumbled Paneer



Who say's that there's only one way to make Saag Paneer. There are practically infinite ways that the iconic spinach dish can be created. When I run short of Paneer or if the cheese on hand is a bit old and dry, I usually crumble the cheese and saute it along with  onions to soften it before adding the pureed spinach. This particular dish includes a generous handful of finely diced sweet peppers as well.
