Day 120 - Kadhi pakode (yogurt stew with chickpea dumplings)
I'm almost certain that every Indian state has its own official version of a kadhi. This version is a bit of a mish mash, Bengali Panch Phoron for the tempering, the dumplings made with some very solid instructions from Madhur Jaffrey's book, but with a hint of bitter fenugreek leaves.
