Day 98 - Purim Poli (Dessert)

This was my on my main blog for the Jewish festival of Purim which coincided with the Hindu Festival of Holi. The signature dishes for the festivals Hamentashens (triangular shaped filled pastries) & the Puran Poli (a flatbread stuffed with a sweet cooked garbanzo bean filling) were combined into a single dish, the result, SPECTACULARLY delicious!
