Day 152 - Cous cous salad with Corn & sweet red peppers

Pompeian Oils had a booth set up at the BlogHer Food conference at Miami. They had a sure fire success  with a 'Make your own dressing'  table. The spirit of Alchemy set in with all the wonderful combinations of ingredients, coupled with their superb range of oils & vinegars. My personal mix had Pomegranate red wine vinegar, ginger, soy sauce as some of the ingredients.
Came back home and made this cous cous salad for lunch last week. The dressing was a perfect seasoning agent.
