Jan 24 - Rose flavored Pistachio & White chocolate Gelato

I made this delicious gelato using leftover white chocolate & pistachio filling I created for a Valentine's day truffle last year. I added a healthy dose of Rose water to the gelato and somehow that made it oh so divinely perfect.
This is one recipe I may never be able to reproduce to an identical finished end product, simply because its hard to quantify leftovers. (I do have the proportions for the ganache filling written up in one of my notebooks, so hopefully will get a  decent enough reproduction next time around. Till then, I plan to wallow in the taste memories!
