What could be better than a treat that can be whipped up with minimal prep? Semi Home made of the best kind. My friend Manisha from Colorado - the 'blogger in chief' at Indian Food Rocks - ,  had sent me this lovely jar of  Organic Apple pie filling that she had made and canned at home. Along with some thawed puff pastry, All that I needed to do was extricate my Jaffle Iron , and about 10 minutes later, Voila! - a perfect pocket sized apple pie, ready to be practically inhaled.
