There really is no dearth of seasoning that you can add to Brussels sprouts while roasting them and that is a plus point for prepping a vegetable which one really need to acquire a taste for. I mean, its a muscular cabbage we're referring to here. I used a Peruvian Chile Lime seasoning that I picked up from Savory Spice Shop. The assertive citrusy flavors from the Makrut lime leaves in the spice blend tend to counter the otherwise innate sulphurous characteristics of the vegetable.
