Mar 30 - Fenugreek sprout relish with cranberries

I've made Fenugreek relish before, but this was the first time around I let the seeds sprout before pickling them. This recipe is from a  friends blog, Instead of date & raisins and Mango powder, I used a mix of fresh and candied cranberries for the sweet and sour factor.
