Apr 10 - Lola's Mac n' Cheese

This was a recipe I tested as a community pick on Food52. The theme was 'your best dish with Dry fruit'. This recipe had a unique combination of using goats cheese with Apricots, a sweet and tangy combo that blew me away with its flavor. The rosemary added a nice resiny contrast.  I added some walnuts at the end for an added crunch.
