Apr 18 - Green Garbanzo Patties

I picked up this bunch of green garlic shoots earlier this month and on a whim decided to make these School lunch  favorite sfor my son. Mashed together finely chopped garlic greens, Steamed green Garbanzos, russet potatoes and some Panko Breadcrumbs and pan fried this.
