Jun 4 - Semi homemade chocolate brownies.

My kids love the range of products from Cherrybrook farms. They are ready mixes, made with quality ingredients and the best part, suited for a vegan lifestyle, which enables me to escape the possibility of working with eggs.
This was the chocolate brownie from that series, (I use butter instead of oil or margarine) It takes a bit longet to bake than what the box suggests, but the extra time is well worth the treat.
